Full Journal pdf2013-03-14 House Journal Page 0532 HB 66 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March 13, 2013, calendar (page 503), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program and making a reappropriation; and providing for an effective date." 2013-03-14 House Journal Page 0533 Representative LeDoux moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative LeDoux was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 66(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 66(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 37 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Costello, Drummond, Edgmon, Feige, Gara, Gattis, Gruenberg, Hawker, Herron, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Josephson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kerttula, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Lynn, Munoz, Nageak, Neuman, Olson, Pruitt, Reinbold, Saddler, Seaton, Stoltze, Tarr, Thompson, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Excused: Foster, Guttenberg, Millett And so, CSHB 66(FIN) passed the House. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 66(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
